Winter Nationals: Day 2

Day 2 continued to see some gutsy swims, this time from both our swimmers.
The morning started with Jess in the 50 freestyle. After a close heat, Jess just missed her PB but with a another 2 races to go that session, she was set for some big swims ahead.
In her first and only race of these nationals, Daisy swam with tremendous effort in the 100 butterfly, going out faster than her 50m pb she held on to secure another 1.05 swim.of the season. Well done Daisy!
To finish the session Jess was back in the pool for the 200 backstroke and 100 IM. With a well paced 200 and a blinding 100 IM, Jess walked away with 2 pbs in these events!
