Kathryn excels at the Virus Games

Kathryn was part of a small team of Down Syndrome swimmers selected to represent GB at the Virtus Global Games at the start of June in Vichy, France.
She swam in the relay team that won gold in the 4 x 200 freestyle and got 2 silver medals for 4 x 100 and 4 x 50 freestyle relays. She came 5th in the individual 200 backstroke, was reserve for the 100 Backstroke final and got 3 Personal Best times.
She’s now looking forward to swimming for GB again at the Down Syndrome European Championships in Venice in September.
