Club records continue to fall

It was so great to see so our members back for Sessions 3&4 on Saturday 24th June.
It wasn’t to long to wait for a record to be broken.
Amy Banks in Development Blue broke the current 200m Freestyle record in the 10 & Under age group by 1.68 seconds, a record that had stood since 2015. The silver medalists in the same event, Nora Zini also swam below the previous record time, showing the strength in our current swimmers.
Daisy Dewsbury was our other record breaker, this in the 100m Butterfly, lowering the previous record by an amazing 1.72 seconds, one that has stood since 2012
