In her 200 backstroke, Sophia (after an eventful morning of breaking down on the M25) came through with her a great pb, getting her first sub 2.40 swim. Ava and Edith took on the girls 100 butterfly, after a long wait for their race both girls held on to post some excellent times. Last up for the weekend was Ollie Thorpe in the boys 100.
